Parking Notice & Accessibility

Please allow extra time for arrival, as parking is not avable in our rear lot. We kindly ask that you utilize street parking in the surrounding area.

One designated handicap parking space is available on-site for visitors with accessiblity needs.

In-Clinic Treatment Policies:

1. If you’re feeling unwell or sick, regardless of severity of symptoms (even if it’s a minor cold), please cancel your appointment and reschedule to a later date. There is no late cancellation fee due to illness.

2. Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes prior to your appointment.

3. We ask that you come to your appointment alone if possible or just essential support to reduce the number of people in the clinic.

4. We can direct bill most extended benefit plans. For any balances, we request all patients pay by credit, debit or e-transfer. In a pinch, we can accept cash but we’re unable to provide change. We can apply any credit to your account for your next visit.
